Who may be listed
Listings should represent genuine organisations, services, venues, professionals or projects with enough public or submitted information for a useful profile. Jotuno may refuse categories associated with illegality, deception, exploitation, unsafe claims, academic cheating or material risk to readers.
Accuracy of listing information
Business names, locations, descriptions, contact details, ownership claims, opening hours, prices and qualifications should be current and not misleading. Listing owners must be authorised to submit logos, photographs and other material.
Review and verification
Before publication or material amendment, we may check the organisation’s website, public records, business email, phone number or other reasonable evidence. Verification confirms that supplied details appear credible at the time checked; it is not a guarantee of future conduct, product quality or suitability for a particular reader.
Free and paid visibility
Jotuno may offer Basic, Featured and Premium placement. Paid plans may affect visibility, available fields and promotional placement. They do not purchase favourable editorial coverage, immunity from removal or a guaranteed business outcome.
Ratings, awards and promotional claims
Ratings, testimonials, awards and performance claims must not be fabricated or selectively presented in a materially misleading way. Jotuno may ask for evidence or remove a claim that cannot be reasonably supported.
Corrections, ownership disputes and removal
Authorised representatives may request changes through the Contact page. Include the listing URL, business email and evidence of authority. We may suspend or remove listings that close, become deceptive, repeatedly provide inaccurate information, create serious safety concerns or violate these standards.
Directory inclusion is not an endorsement. Readers remain responsible for checking suitability, contracts, licences, pricing and safety before engaging a provider.
